Acknowledgment to Traditional Owners

​

Since long before our time, the First People to live on and care for this Land are the

Wurundjeri people. They are the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land on which Croydon North Kindergarten is built. Together, we are on a journey to learn and to respectfully share knowledge about caring for Country; protecting and replenishing this Land.

 

By connecting children to the Wurundjeri people, teachings and stories, we hope that they too will care for the Land, and waterways - taking only what they need, and cherishing it for others to appreciate into the future. We also pay our respects to the Wurundjeri

Elders past, present and future, acknowledging the vital role they play in connection to Country and culture.

Free kinder

​

Free kinder will be available at Croydon North Kindergarten in 2025 thanks to the Victorian Government.

​

That means no fees for our four-year-old program (15 hours per week) or our three-year-old program (nine hours per week).

​

Croydon North Kindergarten has places available for our  four-year-old kinder program for 2025.

​

Enrolments for the 2025 Kinder year are through the Maroondah Integrated Kinder Association (MIKA).
